Assistant Director of Student Services Selected

  

Since 2009, Susan has served as the Special Education Program Supervisor for district-wide kindergarten through grade eight special education classrooms for the Natick Public Schools.  Prior to this, Susan was the Preschool Coordinator/Team Chairperson/Program Administrator, Natick Public Schools, 2006-2009;  Program Supervisor for home-based programming, ACCEPT Educational Collaborative, 2009-present; BCBA Clinical Practicum Supervisor/Mentor, Boston, 2005-present;  District-Wide Behavior Specialist, Marblehead Public Schools, 1997-2006; and Residential Program Coordinator and Level I, Level II Teacher/Case Manager, New England Center for Children, 1994-1997. 

 

Susan earned a Master of Science in Education from Simmons College and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Clark University.  She also holds BCBA Certification from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, is a Master Level NCI Trainer, and attended the Commonwealth Leadership Academy’s Principal/Assistant Principal licensure program.

 

I know you will join me in welcoming Susan to Weston as the new Assistant Director of Student Services.  Susan will begin work in Weston on July 1, 2012.
