Welcome to

September 22, 2014

Hello Weston Families,

I hope the start of the school year has been a success for your family.  The reason for my email is to inform you of the Weston Boosters fundraising efforts that are beginning for the 2014/15 school year.  As you may or may not know no school sponsored athletic programs fundraise individually and rely on the Weston Boosters to fulfill their fundraising needs unlike many of our neighboring communities. Additionally, most of these same communities require families to pay an athletic user fee, upwards of $300 per sport in many cases, something Weston does not require. The Weston Boosters through their fundraising efforts contribute to the needs of every Weston High School and Weston Middle School athletic team as well as provide assistance to Weston elementary physical education teachers by assisting with additional athletic equipment.

With 58% of the Weston High School student body and over 60% of the Weston Middle School student body participating in athletics this fall your generous financial support will help provide our student-athletes with a wide range of assistance including essential financial scholarships, sports equipment, team uniforms, coaching assistance tools, and playing field equipment. The need for this support continues to grow, and the benefit of this support is seen and experienced by most every student at WHS, WMS and the Weston Elementary Schools.
