Andrew Rizza, MS, ATC, LAT
Andrew is a 1996 Graduate of Northeastern University where he received both his Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training and Masters of Science Degree in Leadership and Health Management. He is a Dually Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer who holds certifications with the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), and is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professionals.
In 1998, he made the transition from the collegiate level to the high school level becoming the Head Athletic Trainer for Weston High School. Andrew serves as an approved clinical instructor for Lasell College’s Athletic Training curriculum, is the acting Clinical Director for ATI Physical Therapy in Wellesley MA and serves on the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Concussion Advisory Board as well as the Massachusetts Concussion Management Coalition (MCMC) working to improve the management and regulations for concussion management in the state.
Andrew specializes in Orthopedics, Athletic Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, Sports specific programming and Orthotic device fitting.
Athletic Training office hours are Monday through Friday 1pm - 7pm and Saturdays by appointment.
