ERB-Education Records Bureau

Please note: At its February 9, 2016 meeting, the Weston School Committe voted to not participate in the ERB assessments this spring. With our state mandated testing, the number of hours required to sit for assessments has grown to a level unacceptable for our students. The ERB assessments are not aligned with our curriculum and therefore are less helpful in determining next steps for instruction.

The Educational Records Bureau offers the Comprehensive Testing Program (CTP 4), a battery of assessments designed to provide instructionally useful information about student performance in the key areas of school achievement:  listening, reading, vocabulary, writing, and mathematics.   These assessments are administered to students in grades 3-7 in May and the results are distributed to parents the following fall.
