Country School Administration

Dr. Christine Price joined the Weston Public Schools on July 1, 2010. 

 

Dr. Price comes to Weston from Acton, Massachusetts where she served as Principal of the Luther Conant School since 2007. Previously she worked in an independent school, serving in a variety of key roles at the Belmont Day School, Belmont, Massachusetts from 1987-2007, including Primary Unit Coordinator; Curriculum Development Coordinator, PreK-8; Capstone Coordinator: Director of 8th Grade Independent Study Program; and teacher of Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, Grade 7 Literature, Grades 3 and 4 Science, Grade 6 Arts/Social Studies, and Visual Arts. She has also worked in educational publishing and served as an Academy Coordinator at the Massachusetts Academy for Teachers. 

 

Dr. Price earned a Master of Education and a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from Lesley University. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the Wells College in Aurora, New York in 1983.  Dr. Price is also an adjunct faculty member at Lesley University.

 

Dr. Price resides in Concord with her family.
