Bake Sale Application Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting a bake sale, please note that bake sales may not occur during Cafeteria business hours. Cash Box requests must be filled out 48 hours in advance of your event, and a custodial work request form must be completed two days in advance. Cash Box request forms can be found in the main office. Click on the left for the Custodial Request Form. Before applying for a bake sale, check the Student Activities Calendar for available dates:
