How to:  Post Minutes       Reserve a Room

To Post Minutes

Send a Word file of your minutes to Mr. Pezzote. After reviewing your minutes, he will send them to Mrs Shay the Web Content Manager, who will post your minutes on your webpage.

   
To Reserve a Room

Check the default room booking for the date of the Activity Block for which you want to reserve a room from the HS Club Meetings and Activities schedule.

 

If the room you want is already listed, you don't need to do anything further.

 

If you want to change your room, delete your club, or add your club to the schedule, please click here and include your Club, Date of Activity Block, and Room requested.
